HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

For new customers, please fill out a Free Estimate, and we will provide a free virtual quote and, if necessary, schedule a time to walk your property.

For previous customers, it is very simple to schedule. Just give us a call and provide us with your first and last name and/or address, we will find you in our system, update any information as needed and schedule you for our next available appointment or a date you request upon availability.

WILL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION/REMINDERS WHEN SCHEDULING?

Absolutely, you will receive an initial text and email confirmation when you schedule your appointment, as well as a reminder the day prior and the morning of your service.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to cancel. At the point of cancellation, we will reschedule your next service. This also allows us to serve others on our waiting list.

WHAT IS THE WINDOW CLEANING THE PROCESS?

Our professional window cleaner will determine the necessary method to use on your windows. We may use a water-fed pole system to achieve these same results on your exterior glass. There are many varieties; from squeegee and mop to water-fed poles, plus. No matter the method, your windows will sparkle. We also clean your screens, tracks, and frames for a complete window clean.

WHAT IS THE PRESSURE WASHING PROCESSING?

Our team members use power washers to remove dirt/stains for desired areas such as exterior walls, patios, driveways, walkways, outdoor furniture, etc. We use a hybrid soft wash approach. We let the solution do the work, while delivering a large volume of water to clean against those surfaces.

ARE WE LICENSED, BONDED, AND INSURED?

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured. Proof provided upon request.
